@AIEmpire not sure which end of the stick you have grasped... i went in to their org more than 10 years ago, and bought the book to make up my own mind about them. just recently, they have started to send all this mail. i've asked them to stop. i thought it was quite strange that they sent me more stuff the day after i sent it all back, maybe they have psychic powers??
@chiggychoc Ah, I see. Either way though I wouldn't bother responding if I were you. Probably best to just ignore it. Also I think there is some list you can sign upto with Royal Mail to stop junk mail? But since they already have your address not sure if it would work.
I am an ex_Sea Org from Flag Service Org, I understand how it works. There is a statistic of how many people are on their mailing list and they try to add people to it and keeep it that way so they can say they have more and more public. The person responsible for the list is trying not to remove you off the list as it would make his statistic to go down. If you send them an angry letter or comment back they put you to a special category and you should not get letter them - usually
@attsontampa the point is, ten years later, after asking them a lot of times to remove me, the mail keeps coming. i collected it, counted it and sent it back. the odd thing was that the one thing i was tempted not to send back i got another copy of the very next day.
They send you junk mail, so what do you do? Go out and buy their book. Now you wonder why they are sending you junk mail.
