If that's dust, then why doesn't it settle to the ground as the wash of the train fades? Dust needs to be whipped up, it doesn't just rise on a mark that is little different than the rest of the tracks, even when the road intersects it.

I re-played it a couple of times and paused it,it's half a person. Not a swirling cloud of dust. Again,if no trickery was involved,which it doesn't look like there was. I say excellent capture!
