someone colored luigi's hat wrong, which totally threw off the easily fooled people who work on the show and they seemingly couldnt tell the difference between mario and luigi (i know, its real hard) and they synced mario's mouth to luigi's voice. this cartoon made alot of syncing errors. like if a character was talking off-screen, before they would cut to him or her, they would have the character who was currently onscreen mouth the words. look at the Hooded Robin episode.
