Very good lesson, much better than some hotshot fiddlers on here than think if they get a close-up of them playing a fast tune, that makes it a lesson( or workshop). Lessons need to be slowed down and spelled out. Thanks.

I'd call this "Modern Bluegrass". Check out my band's version of "Come On Day" (at my youtube page) for some great traditional country music.

Very similar to some versions of Cherokee Shuffle. But it's based on Vasaar Clement's playing of Pig in a Pen on the Old & in the Way album. Jim.
