This is the third katana (twin blades doesn't count imho) acc in game. I wonder what will be the next two looks like, since I think there are like 5 legendary blades or something in game. Looks nice, although I am not a big fan of big arse 1-handed katana. This looks more fitted for 2-handed (kind of like the katana in Monster Hunter), while Munechika can probably go 1H and look pretty awesome. Oh well. Reminds us every bit of Sephiroth.

...is there any reason NOT to use the elongated version of the sword? Because there don't seem to be any downsides for the added length/abilities tied to it.

@TwitteryAndYou the enchanced v. of the sword consumes MP gauge by the time,so not using the enchantedversion would save your MP :P
