That's very nice. But how about implementing the celebration of the Week before Ash Wednesday (ending at midnight on Shrove-Tuesday) the celebration of the Mardi-Gras. And have enough indulgent-kindness to give people ashes on Ash Wednesday without forcing them to go to Mass.People Love Sacramentals(like ashes & Palms.A little "ECONOMIA" goes a long way.In these days of inane-consumerism,the Clergy should't begrudge the laity our little-symbols of our transient existence.Sic transit gloria mundi!
