These 7th century law followers do not belong in a western country, they belong back in Afghanistan or other backward ignorant places. We had no business going there and since the terrorists that did 9/11 all came from Saudi Arabia. Look at Saudi Arabia where a woman was lashed for driving a car. Look at other islamic countries where women are hit with sticks for not dressing properly. Sharia law is barbaric and does not belong in the modern world, or any world for that matter. Kept it back in the dark barbaric countries of islam.

You keep bringing up Saudi Arabia where the oppression of women has more to do with the men in that country trying to control women than anything else. How is that a reflection on Islam? Sharia law is NOT barbaric and one who knows next to nothing about it should not talk.

They allowed Sikh men in the RCMP to wear turbans otherwise it violated the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Sharia law is based on religious values, why not allow that in Canada too?

I seriously don't want that to happen but somebody someday will make that argument in the Supreme court and they will win.
