To me, his accent is "Foreign", but the accent I have for living in the state that I do doesn't seem like an accent, because that is the way I speak, I don't perceive it as an accent because I live with people that speak the same way.
I can't think of a cooler accent than this mother fucker has. Its Norwegian right? Perhaps irish/scottish? I don't know, they all have their little subtleties to them and I haven't been around enough natives of those countries to tell the difference.
