i lost like 44 pounds in 3 months n all i ate was nudels once a day like a medium portion....hmmm i dont even know why i started doing that, but somehow im glad i did it, because i feel better about myself now, still wanting to lose some weight, but im quite happy with myself now...greez
You think that starving yourself is beautiful? theres other, more ethical and good feeling ways to getting in shape and looking pretty. like eating healthy and exercise. Not only do you feel healthy. but you ca also feel good about yourself knowing that you accomplished a life-long task
