i keep trying to do this combo but no luck. how do you keep the charge after the scissor kick?

When doing the Scissor kick, press and Hold Back when pressing Kick. This'll make it so that the game thinks you didn't let go of charging Back.

Because if they're playing Vega, they're playing A-groove most likely.

even though im not an a groove player, before i saw this video i tought vega with any other groove then a was useless
