No, aiming for the head in CoD4 isn't worth it. The models cock their head back so your second shot that it takes to kill almost never hits, and it's only 1.4x damage. Better to just go center-mass unless you're sniping or using the M14. Also there's no way 20 rounds for 5 kills is spraying, lol.
