  • Let's get it right. It;s the Kristallnacht Party not the tea party.

  • Kristallnacht was the violence against Jews in 1938. Perhaps you should start drinking the tea instead of Kool-aid! The Tea Party has nothing to do with violence or race, and everything to do with out of control spending! A far cry from anti-semitism! Perhaps you should read Rabbi Daniel Lapin's book, America's Real War. Lapin, an orthodox Rabbi, insists that Judeo - Christian values are vital for our nations survival!

  • Why would stating "I am a leader" make people think Americans are stupid? Isn't that what America is all about? Individual Responsibility? And why would I even care what you and other countries think about Americans? Americans do not exist just to please you or other countries! Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness! We want our God given rights! To live, be free, and pursue those things that make us and others happy!

  • Right on emcreuter! So some people think we look stupid? We will look even more foolish once this great nation turns away from capitalism, limited government and individual liberty.

  • @emcreuter You have your God given rights. No one ever took them away.

  • IHS7

No one ever took our God given rights away? What do call removing prayer or the teaching of Creationism from School? Or the attempts of removing the Ten Commandments from the Courthouses? Or the attempts of changing Christmas and Easter to winter and spring festivities? That just happened last week in Davenport, Iowa! These are all examples of people taking away my God Given First Amendment rights!

  • @emcreuter 1) You can pray if you want to. God is within you. 2) Creationism as a science is like teaching Alchemy or Magic. It's an esoteric teaching. Ask any Rabbi over the age of 40. 3) There are 613 Commandments in the Torah, not Just 10. 4) December 25 is originally a Roman holiday to usher in the Winter. According to the Gospel of Luke, Jesus was born in Spring/Summer. 5) Easter is a pagan goddess Eostre. Smart Christians now call the holiday Resurrection Sunday. Did u know all this?

  • IHS7,

Yes, I know all of this, but I disagree with you! You're missing the basics 1.) America is rooted in Biblical Judea-Christian traditions. Before the so called "separation of church and state," "Religion and Morality" was part of the curriculum!

  • IHS7

2.) Most of the Scientific disciplines were established by Creationists - Louis Pasteur, Isaac Newton, Johann Kepler, Michael Faraday, Lord Calvin, Robert Boyle, etc. Granted, many were not American, but they did belong to the Royal Society of London - a scientific community active in their faith. I do not see any hocus pokus Alchemy or magic in any of that! Even Founding Father and inventor, Benjamin Franklin was elected to the Royal Society!

  • IHS7

3.) The Founding Fathers did not focus on the 613 Commandments in the Torah! They focused on the 10 commandments and certain portions of the Old Testament, yet revered it all.

  • IHS7

4.) The name Judea is a Greek and Roman adaptation of the name "Judah." Much of our Judea-Christian culture comes from the Hebrew, Roman, and Greek cultures - the Old and New Teastaments, our calendar, our Republic, etc. The early Christians used symbolism to communicate Christ's birth and resurrection with the pagans. And today, those long held traditions are now part of our culture, as well as our first amendment right!

  • @emcreuter Much of your Christian Culture comes from Roman Catholic Interpretation of Jesus and Re-Interpretation of Judaic Culture. Gregorian Calendar is Roman Catholic. Our Republic is the first of its kind in modern era: a Democracy. Not a Theocracy, not a Monarchy, a Democracy for the people, by the people and of the people. This is not Roman Catholic, This is not ancient Judaic. It's uniquely American!

  • IHS7

Wow! Where do I begin? You are so wrong about so many things! First off, much of my Christian culture comes from the Protestant movement and the faith of the Founding Fathers! I am not Catholic, and it is my understanding that most of the Founding Fathers were not Catholic either! If I remember right, many of them despised Catholism! They also despised Monarchism! And they most definietly despised Democracy!

  • Thomas Jefferson said A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine. Benjamin Rush said, "A simple democracy, or an unbalanced republic, is one of the greatest of evils." John Adams said, "Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide." And Karl Marx said, Democracy is the road to socialism

  • At the Constitution Convention, Benjamin Franklin said "We have gone back to ancient history for models of Government, and examined the different forms of those Republics..." America is a Republic built upon many examples! Rome was a Republic before Caesar corrupted it! Our unique Republic is a mixture of British common law, which was built upon Anglo-Saxon Common Law, which was very similar to the Laws of Ancient Israel!

  • When Samuel Adams signed his name to the Declaration of Independence, he said "We have this day restored the Sovereign to who all men ought to be obedient. He reigns in heaven and from the rising to the setting sun, let his kingdom come."

As for the Gregorian Calendar, only the Mayan Calendar is more precise! However, since Christianity did spread throughout the Roman Empire, it would be common sense that the Greek and Roman culture would permeate as well - not the Mayan!

  • @emcreuter Do you have a better alternative to Democracy? A Mob gets to Rule every 4 years. You had your 8, Give us ours Loser.

  • Wow! You are ignorant! Yes, I have a better alternative - it's a return to pure Republicanism! Not a Democrat Party or a Republican Party that are full of progressives and lact alike every few years, but a return to pure Constitutional law and self regulation according to God's commands!

  • The Mob Rules ever 4 years? You had yours, give us ours? Loser? Keep talking buddy, your ignorance and true colors are coming through!

  • @emcreuter The Founding Fathers were not Catholic but the Christian Faith, The Trinity, New Testament and the Apostles Creed were established by Catholics. Protestants are Heretics with no leadership.

Also, are you confusing the meaning of the word Democracy with your hatred for Democrats? Democracy means we live in a society where we vote for representatives. The same way Liberty is not the same as being Libertarian. The same way living in a Republic is not the same as being a Republican.

  • I think you have it all backwards! It sounds like you have a hatred for Republicans! And no, Democracy is not the same as Democrat, just like a Republic is not the same as Republican! John Adams said it best;

  • ......there is no good government but what is Republican. That the only valuable part of the British constitution is so; because the very definition of a Republic, is "an Empire of Laws, and not of men." That, as a Republic is the best of governments, so that particular arrangement of the powers of society, or in other words that form of government, which is best contrived to secure an impartial and exact execution of the laws, is the best of Republics.

  • @emcreuter - They focused on 10 Commandments? When? Where?

  • Are you serious? You have to ask this question? Go back and read original sources! Go read the original Charters and Constitutions of the original 13 colonies! John Adams said, "The Ten Commandments and the Sermon on the Mount contain my religion."

  • The Founders also called the Ten Commandments the "Laws given to Moses on the Mount," "Laws of God," "Book of Laws," Statutes of God," "Immutable Laws of Good and Evil," "Divine Law," "Foundation of our Holy Religion," Revealed Law," "the Decalougue," "Ordinances of God," "Holy Law," "His Just and Holy Laws," "Government of God," "Eternal Laws," etc.

  • And like I said earlier, the Founders revered all of the Laws of God! The proof is in William Blackstone's Commentaries of Law, a favorite of the Founders! Blackstone played a major role in the development of the American legal system. His Commentaries of Law are often quoted as the definitive pre-Revolutionary War source of Common Law by US courts. Following is what Blackstone had to say in his Commentaries of Law:

  • Upon these two foundations, the law of nature and the law of revelation, depend all human laws; that is to say, no human laws should be suffered to contradict these.......To instance in the case of murder; this is expressly forbidden by the divine, and demonstrably by the natural law; and from these prohibitions arises the true unlawfulness of this crime......(We can not change God's law, such as murder, but we can of laws such as exporting wool).....

  • @emcreuter Unfortunate. Many of them did not follow them. kind of like many Christians (such as yourself). Believing in the Trinity is Blasphemy. Keeping Sunday and not Saturday Holy is Blasphemy. Calling on Jesus' name and not God YHWH is Blasphemy... Then again, you Christians are just as Guilty as Muslims for Hi-Jacking Judaism and shaping it into your own Image and Likeness. The Founding Fathers did not give a damn about the Yahudim.

  • Tell me, who did I murder? What did I steal from you? You have the right to believe what you believe, and I have the right to believe what I believe! If you call my beliefs blasphemy, I call you a rejector of the messsiah! Regardless, we both still have first amendment rights! We both can still pursue Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness!

  • @emcreuter - Creationism based on Genesis 1 is pseudo science. Of all the scientist you named, none of them were archaeologist or astrophysicist. Why? because science that advanced did not exist back then. In fact the Theory of Evolution was not even a though back then. I seriously doubt any of them believed in a geocentric universe where the Earth was created before the sun, moon and stars. Also Ben Franklin was a member of Secret Sex Clubs and a Deist! I'm a man of faith but not superstition.

  • Pseudo Science? Many of the ex-evolutionists who have become Creationists would disagree! And I'm sorry, for I failed to mention certain scientists for you such as John Ray - father of English natural history, Nicolaus Steno, who developed the principles of stratigraphical enterpretation, or Thomas Burnet, one of the first geologists, or Louis Agassiz, a Glacial Geologist, or Matthew Maury, Oceanographer and Navy Meteorologist, just to name a few!

  • Matthew Maury (1806-1873) was known as the "pathfinder of the seas' for having charted the ocean and wind currents while serving in the U.S. Navy. He said, "I have always found in my scientific studies, that, when I could get the Bible to say anything on the subject, it afforded me a firm platform to stand upon...As our knowledge of nature and her laws has increased, so has our knowledge of many passages of the Bible improved."

  • "The Bible called the earth "the round world," yet for ages it was....heresy for Christian men to say that the world is round; finally, sailors circumnavigated the globe and proved the Bible to be right, and saved Christian men of science from the stake. And as for the general system of circulation which have been so long endeavoring to describe, the Bible tells it all in a single sentence: "The wind goeth toward the South...and returneth again to his circuits.""

  • I am glad that these men of faith hadn't prescribed to your kind of science! As a matter of fact, I am starting to wonder what kinds of exciting discoveries our sciences would be finding by now had evolution and our modern politicians not corrupted it!

  • As for the Earth being created before the sun, moon, and stars, are you saying Moses was wrong? Or that God is wrong? Are you saying that God couldn't do it? Instead of treating Creationists as ignoramuses, you should be asking God and Moses why they wrote what they wrote! What messages were they trying to convey? Maybe, just maybe, the earth did come first, just as it is written! You sure do not sound like a man of faith!

  • And after reading your disgusting statements concerning Benjamin Franklin, I definitely know you have been brainwashed and drinking revisionist history Kool-laid! Like I said, go back and read original sources, not what progressive liberal college professors and revisionists history writers tell you! The facts overwhelmingly trump anything you say!

  • @emcreuter So called "Separation of Church and State"? Thomas Jefferson said it. You know, the Author of the Constitution! "Religion and Morality"? Slavery was part of the fabric of this country. If you weren't a WASP, you were likely to be treated like garbage. Also I'm Jewish. Jews had to hide the fact they were Jews because they were persecuted by so-called Christians. Judea? ehhh. I doubt it. Get with the times. It's not 1810

  • I do not want to be rude, but your ignorance is starting to irritate me! I meant it when I said "so called" separation of church and state! You are right that Thomas Jefferson said it! But you have no clue what he said, other than what you were told that he said! Why don't you go read the original letter where those words were really used and what they really meant!

  • While you are at it, go read how Jefferson had church services at the Capital, War Department, and the Treasury! Read article three of the Northwest Ordinance! Read the Declaration of Independence - the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God! All of these were characteristics of Thomas Jefferson too!

  • And by the way, James Madison was the Father of the Constitution, not Jefferson! Jefferson was the author of the Declaration of Independence! And if you were to take the time to read the original draft along with other writings, you would soon discover that Jefferson had penned much stronger language in the original draft trying to end slavery! He and many of the Founding Fathers wanted to abolish slavery! But that alone would take volumes to discuss.

  • And what did you mean by Christians persecuted Jews? Genesis 12:3 says "I will bless those who bless you and I will curse those who curse you." True Christians have the greatest respect for the Jewish nation! We share the same God! We share the same laws.

  • Patrick Henry said "It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions, but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For this very reason peoples of other faiths have been afforded asylum, porsperity, and freedom of worship here."

  • Get with the times? It's not 1810? Are you a moron? There is a saying that, "if you are unaware of history, you are destined to repeat it." Unless lies are confronted, bad things will be repeated! King Solomon wrote something similar in Ecclesiastes 1:4, 9-11;

  • "Generations come and generations go, but the earth remains forever.....What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which one can say, Look! This is something new? It was here already, long ago; it was here before our time. There is no remembrance of men of old, and even those who are yet to come will not be remembered by those who follow."

  • Well, I will remember the men of old, in spite of people like you who tell me to stop living in the past! Patrick Henry said "I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided; and that lamp is experience. I know of no way judging the future but by the past."

  • For the Last 100 years, little by little, progressive statists and humanists have usurped our God given rights, violated our Constitution, and corrupted our sciences and schools!

  • Educators like John Dewey, John Dunphy, John Goodlad, Dr. Sidney Simon, Marilyn Ferguson, Chester M. Pierce, and so many others, all have a common theme - revising history, depicting the Founding Fathers as evil white men, and an all out attack on God, Christianity, and Patriotic Americanism, all in exchange for humanism! And obviously, you are a product of those educators!

  • Following, are many destructive quotes from these usurpers;

"The classroom must and will become an arena of conflict

between the old and new -- the rotting corpse of Christianity,

together with all its adjacent evils and misery, and the new faith

of humanism, resplendent with the promise of a world in which

the never-realized Christian ideal of 'love thy neighbor'

will finally be achieved." John Dunphy; The Humanist; January/February, 1983

  • Most youth still hold the same values of their parents and if we don't resocialize, our system will decay. — Schooling for the Future; published by John Goodlad; a report to the President's Commission on School Finance; Issue 9, Education Innovation; October 15, 1971

  • We do not need any more preaching about right or wrong. The old "thou shall nots" simply are not relevant. Values clarification is a method for teachers to change the values of children without getting caught. — Dr. Sidney Simon, Lecturer, Educator

  • Among the elementary measures the American Soviet government will adopt to further the Cultural Revolution are...[a] National Department of Education...the studies will be revolutionized, being cleansed of religious, patriotic, and other features of the bourgeois ideology. The students will be taught the basis of Marxian dialectical materialism, internationalism and the general ethics of the new Socialist society. — William Z. Foster, Toward Soviet American, 1932

  • Someone is always trying to summon us back to a dead allegiance: Back to God, the simple-minded religion of an earlier day. "Back to the basics," simple-minded education. Back to simple-minded patriotism. And now we are being called back to a simple-minded "rationality" contradicted by personal experience and frontier science. — Marilyn Ferguson; The Aquarian Conspiracy; p 128

  • "Every child in America entering school at the age of five is mentally ill, because he comes to school with certain allegiances toward our founding fathers, toward our elected officials, toward his parents, toward a belief in a supernatural Being, toward the sovereignty of this nation as a separate entity. It's up to you teachers to make all of these sick children well by creating the international children of the future."— Chester M. Pierce; Professor of Education and Psychiatry; Harvard

  • We must remove the children from the crude influence of their families. We must take them over and, to speak frankly, nationalize them. From the first days of their lives they will be under the healthy influence of Communist children's nurseries and schools. There they will grow up to be real Communists. Congress of Communist Party educators, 1918

  • Nothing will more quickly destroy independent Christian schools than state aid; their freedom and independence will soon be compromised, and before long their faith. — George Bernard Shaw of The Socialist Fabian Society of England

Teachers must guide students toward a new morality. The strict adherence to a code - a moral code - is out of date. — Theodore Sizer

Give me the children, I will give you a nation. — Adolf Hitler, 1939

  • Enough is enough! They will not have my children! The dumbing down of America stops with me! I will not sit idly by while revisionists and utopean dreamers usurp every good thing that has made America great! I will make it my life long quest to make sure the truth is told, and America's goodness is restored!

  • Following is a Diary entry of John Adams, second President of the United States of America, 1756

"Suppose a nation in some distant Region, should take the Bible for their only law Book, and every member should regulate his conduct by the precepts there exhibited. Every member would be obliged in Concience to temperance and frugality and industry, to justice and kindness and Charity towards his fellow men, and to Piety and Love, and reverence towards almighty God.

  • In this Commonwealth, no man would impair his health by Gluttony, drunkenness, or Lust -.... no man would steal or lie or any way defraud his neighbour, but would live in peace and good will with all men - no man would blaspheme his maker or prophane his Worship, but a rational and manly, a sincere and unaffected Piety and devotion, would reign in all hearts. What a Eutopa, what a Paradise would this region be........

  • You are the reason why people think Americans are stupid.

  • MrGroenten has a pole up his butt because he resents the fact that he is from a country known for tulips and potheads...oh yeah, and prostitutes. Hey, you have good beer going for you though.
