Actually, the Watchers were seperate from the Angels also known as the "Son's of God" as described in Enoch. The Son's of God, are the 200 who fell and slept with women and defiled themselves creating nephiulim and transforming themsleves into demons. There is no extensive explainantion of the Watchers but are seperate entites than Angels.
