Reminds me of the Heath Bar cake that my mom makes. Chocolate cake...then instead of just sweetened condensed milk, she mixes it with a jar of caramel ice cream topping and pours that over the top, then cool whip on top and heath bar (toffee) bits on the top. YUM!!
