Finally a demo of the Twin Reverb without somebody playing blues! I love the walls of sound you are creating with your effects. Great stuff and similar to what I love. Very U2ish vibe, and that is great...Edge is a good influence!

Really great way to demo the amp with something different. Very 'Ride' sounding (think the song Vapour Trail). I love the sound. I use my Fender Supersonic for the same sort of stuff. Very exciting to play big open chords to activate the tube harmonics. So many guys who play this style of music go for cheap solid-state amps with a bazillion pedal effects. I prefer to use my amp and guitar straight and let my tone and chord voicings sing my music. It's amazing what a good guitar and amp can do!
Is this an original '65 or a reissue? Sounds great. What kind of speakers you got in there?

@Brianbellew Reissue. Speakers Jensen

This amp seems to have very little head room but maybe its not built for too much breakup... More for a very clean sounding tone....

@wocypke
Well, my tele is american. I don't know what you mean with "normal american".
I think every guitar has a different sound.

What preamp are you using for the crunch sound? Sounds superb. thank you
petox 1 year ago
I didn't use any preamp, only guitar+pedals+amp!
tempora2000 1 year ago
@tempora2000 so get this right. the crunch is created by fender twin reverb amp or by pedal?
petox 1 year ago
I would say, the pedal+high amp volume+mic from camera
Usually I play with the volume on 3-4. But sometimes I put on 10. I really don't remember what was the set at that day.
tempora2000 1 year ago
for sure the best clean amp to ever be and ever will be
