I was there investigating last May and Heard the same exact footsteps on the 2nd floor... It was creepy because I went off by myself and they were coming right at me..I kind of froze there until my sister called out for me then panic sunk in. bout 20 mins later 3 of the other members in my group heard the footsteps again with me.. I was so glad the others could validate my experience.

haunted it would be Waverly. To die from Tuberclosis was a very painful and

torturing way to go! Alot of people where seperated from there families sent there for treatment then died. I'm sure there are some really disgruntled souls

I'm really sensitive to energy (good or bad, see my video) and I could feel much more than these guys were witnessing. Guys the video is cool but you need to master the audio. There's so many different dynamic levels going on through the whole thing I had to constantly adjust the volume. Most video editing suites come with decent audio tools.

Or export the audio into ProTools or Sonar or something similar.

Master using a limiter and level it to 0db and you're good to go.
