  • I have a question.. can you gain muscle and strength by doing only pull ups cuz i have the iron gym and i wanted to know if i can get muscle and definition by doing that exercise instead of going to the gym

  • @Shadowizz Best two upper body workouts. If you want to increase muscle mass when doing pull ups or push ups add weights.

  • Hi, i'm 5'8 about 145 I was just wondering if anyone know a video that can show me a routine that can help me gain strength, i notice alot of guys around my height and weight feel stronger than me and they don't even workout, i can feel there power when we play a sport, i been working out for about 15 weeks almost every weekday except weekends all i got is dumbells, my arms are getting bigger but i don't feel stronger, i'm on a regular diet as i always ate, and taking no supplements help please

    umm...im almost 16 and i weighed about 154 last time or somthn... and am 5 8 too, i can do like 20 chin up pullups going all the way down and all the way up when i do em on a pullup machine liek the one the guy in the vid has, but i only do like 10 on my door pullup =( lol...i think pullups make u stornger than weights, but i think it takes longer to get bigger with pullups

  • @21iunie big deal.. so what? many 16 years old kids can do 20+ chin ups. and most of them weight way less than older men. i am 16 i weight about 85 kg and i can easily do 15+ chin ups

  • @21iunie I wouldn't be so surprised...my 15 year old cousin had NO problem cranking 40 full pull-ups in a row. NO problem...so 20 is quite believable.

  • That's great! You can always add a weight belt OR hang a dumbbell between your feet OR wear a weight knapsack or vest for added resistance.

    I would recommend this if you're looking to further increase your pulling strength and power.
