However, you might want to consider which nationality is engaging in such acts. it may be the migrant population from a particular part of the world. i agree that sexual harassment is common in all different groups of people. a lot of sexual abuse does not get reported. especially in such cultures. in my culture, most girls will not openly say she has been "spoilt". so, stats aren't great when there are several confounding variables.

@Sundual1986 I am a Biologist. There is no real phenomenon that is Instinct, unless it is strictly defined as complex reflexes. In humans those are evolutionarily minimized. Emotions appear to be instinctive among those not in the habit of thinking things through.
