A great afordable foundation is Loreal True blend. They have two light shades that work perfect! A more professional finish is MAC airbrush foundation. Nad my absolute preference is AVEDA liquid foundation. And any brown eye shadow will work for the eyes and under eyes. Blends better into the natural pink of the inner eyeline so you don't have to use eyeliner.

I think you should have stopped before adding black eyeshadow to the sides of your face or maybe not use black but colors that you use for normal contouring. You'll achieve that dead look because you're pairing the contouring colors (brown or a bruise-y purple might have worked as well) with such pale skin.
