There was one White woman who was captured and had a child by one of the indians and her son grew up to be one of the Chiefs or something like that. It's a True Story. Only thing is after she returned to the White World she starved herself to death, because she couldn't be with the indians.

I wonder if anyone else here is reminded of Catherine Anderson's rather lovely Comanche Moon. I read it a few months ago and this story seems to have been what she based her novel on. Oh, yes, Native Americans in those days generally had little knowledge of French kisses but they have probably always been good lovers!

Oh I know where he saw her before. I bet it was in the vision he told her earlier he could not speak of. There are some good looking horses in this movie. Rodney Grant looks a bit worn around the edges in this film. Michael Greyeyes always looks good. The kid I think is the brother of Cody Lightning who played young Victor in Smoke Signals. thank you for posting this film. I have never even heard of it until now. It's good.

This movie is awesome. But there's one I saw years ago that I've wanted to see again, but I can't remember anything clearly except the ending. It looked like it was made in the late 80's early-mid 90's, and the lead comes out of her home ( I think she had dark hair) and she sees her love interest, a handsome native american man with a wounded leg and she runs to him and embraces him. That's all I can remmber : *( Scant to go on, but if it jogs anyone's memory, that would be fantastic.
