  • I like finnish language. :D

I'm going to learn it. ;]

  • @washyrouge same here ;-)

  • @CountNadir

I'm going to sing this song for my classmates for this Xmas. ;)

    Finnish carol and latin. ^^

  • @washyrouge Now I'd say that's an excellent selection ;-)

  • @CountNadir

I sang japanese carol last year. It was really a pretty good idea. Especially that in Poland japanese is rare language. However I've been learned it for a while. ^^"

  • @washyrouge then you shouldn't have a problem pronouncing the Finnish words since Finnish and Japanese have mostly the same pronounciation. And don't forget the most important finnish words PERKELE and VITTU :P

  • @CountNadir

Geez almost I wrote to you in polish, sorry XD". Are you person from English-speaking country or somewhere else?

Finnish langauge has exactly different accent. In finnish is the most often on the first syllable whereas in japanese accent is tonic (tonal? I dunno what word i should use XD").

Yeah, I try remember these words ;) In Poland they sound: kurwa but I think that polish language is more vulgar ;x Generally slavic languages have a lot of swear words.

  • @washyrouge I noticed that. I'm taking linguistics at university this year. It's a really hard subject. Well Urdu is our national language so that'll be a clue as to which country I'm from :->

  • @CountNadir

Hm, I go to the University for two years... And I really don't know for what subject I'll choose. Firstly I wanted to go for japanese philology. Next I changed my mind and I wanted go for one scandinavian philology. But in my country is too many students on japanese direction. And scandinavian philology are rly hard. Now I think I should go just for journalism.

Urdu? Wikipedia told me that your country may be Pakistan or any Indian state. Very interesting ;3

  • @washyrouge yes Pakistan :-)

Urdu belongs to the Indo-Aran branch of Indo-European. I took linguistics last year and failed it so I'm taking it again. It's very hard and can be boring. My academic advisor is Polish. He reminded my a bit about my pilot instructor who was Finnish. :-) Good luck at picking a program at University.

  • @CountNadir

Hm, because Polish and Nordic beauty is a little similar. Bright hair, blue eyes, light complexion, tall height... However polish people have really various kind of beauty, because in national history our folk was mixed with another nations a few times. So that we have in Poland red-haired, blond, brown, dark... people.

Thanks for wishes ^^ I hope that my choice will be good. ;3

  • @washyrouge same for Pakistan. We are predimonantly brown skinned but many of us are black and white as well. In the north of Pakistan some people have blond hair or red hair.

Yeah linguistics is hard as hell. I hope I can pass this damned course.

  • @CountNadir

Ugh, I didn't know about it. I think all the time that people live in Asia Minor (or in the Near East) have the same type of beauty (except foreigners). Dark complexion, dark hair and the same eyes. ^^"

I wish you well and ood luck ! ;3

  • @washyrouge majority do but a significant minority are fair. And most of the fair ones don't have blond hair. They are typically dark haired and look like medditerenian people.

  • @washyrouge yeah thanks for he wishes. cheers
