    Vietnam veterans were ordered not to shoot at the enemy, because the political groups were trying to control the war.

  • he has been against it and also co authored a bill to ban it, which the administration tried to veto. if u really cared about it, if he was president none of this would have happened and the war would be managed better and ended by now.
