why is it you don't use straps? my grip is always the first to go doing deads, should i just keep working without and my grip will improve? very impressive lifting by the way
@ISMx24 he didnt come close to hitting his foot, his feet didnt slide and the bar didnt sway, there'd be no way for it to hit his foot. i mean this is a pretty standard lift, i doubt people would be doing it if they were crushing their feet
