  • if thouse were dead-stop reps that would be doing X3 ur BW and even slightly more for reps that wouldbe one helluva a feat . then again it allready is but nothing beats deadstops! i cant even do x3 one time so gj!

  • most of you guys don't know shit. I'm not saying I know everything. But to tell that the sumo deadlift is wrong or something like it, that's just stupid. I mean look at this guy, you think he got so far in bodybuilding by doing excercises the wrong way, well, think again.

  • @juliesteve - Shut up dipshit, if u have stronger hips and are a shorter lifter, sumo may be easier (lift heavier weights) so instead of commenting on the way it looks, go into the gym and be quiet and lift and MAYBE you'll get somewhere!

  • @ISMx24 he didnt come close to hitting his foot, his feet didnt slide and the bar didnt sway, there'd be no way for it to hit his foot. i mean this is a pretty standard lift, i doubt people would be doing it if they were crushing their feet

  • ther for sure not legal reps. competitions are 1 rep maxes, I am training here this is how I get mass while training for powerlifting at the same time. This is why I am able to compete in both powerlifting and bodybuilding and do well in both. I have trained like this for over 10 years.
