These horse files aren't that accurate... Ruffian had guts. There are front runners who will not let another horse in front, ever. It's unfair to draw conclusions from these horse files.
I thought it would go seabiscut, Affirmed ,zenny,ciatation,ruffian,smarty,cigar,big brown,barbaro,racheal. Don't get me wrong I think all of these horses are great but racheal won the preakness wow, only race I EVER saw on tv of her and I watch big races. Zennyatta I watched almost all of her races. I do belive she deserved to win too tho cuz she is the queen and secertariat is the king. The queen also rules over guys so zenny is the right choice.

She was beating Foolish Pleasure before she broke down. She had a good length on him. He was the best colt in the country at the time. I'd say that's pretty good. Unless she could go back in time and race against Seabiscut I'd say she DID in fact race with one of the best horses.

This was all fixed, I've played that game before and you can mess with the stats and purposely make the horse go slower on its own. Like it says, ARTIFICIAL intelligence, it's all fake. If it was real Zen would've been left in the dust. If they'd put Man O War and Secretariat in it, she would've made a fool of herself.

I have a few problems with Ruffian too. The problem is: "She couldn't beat "Foolish Pleasure". Foolish Pleasure gave her no easy lead and she ended up crumbling like "Humpty Dumpty" on the backstretch of Belmont Park.
It's amazing what happens to front-runnning fillies when they start receiving "pressure". Ask Go for Wand about pressure. Bayakoa made her cave in at the 1/16 pole. Pressure and looking a horse "in the eye" does strange things to front runners, doesn't it?
