These policemen should go to jail! this is the definition of useless and dangerous police chase and the poor motorcyclist is thank God the only victim.

Why dont the other countries call for back up and roadblocks and possibly air support like here in the U.S, is it that their police forces are not as strong, less organized or what?
No, police forces are well organized here, but we don't have as many criminals as you do have in the US (probably highest crime rate in the world?), so we don't really need a lot of police :)
