God...such an absolutely beautiful video! Bravo! Just saw this film like, five minutes ago (mainly because it had Lee Pace), and it's one of the most heartbreakingly beautiful films I have ever seen in my life. Why did this movie not get more attention?! Once again, magical vid, glorious!
Okay, I want to rent this movie, but it's rated R. My mom will want to watch it with me, so is there any parts in it that I should be warned about? Besides the dying?
@AnimeVampire: There's no nudity. I don't know what the poster below is talking about. The violence is very graphic and there's like one or two curse words. I honestly don't know why it's rated R. There's one scene where two people are having sex off camera, but you don't see anything, just hear heavy breathing. There's also substance abuse in the presence of a child that may be a red flag for some audiences, but the scenes were absolutely necessary for the film.
I'm trying to make my own music vid for this movie, but concentrating more on the vast colourful imagery in it than the storyline, and set to shpongle.
this film gets 5* in my books jus because there are no other movies out there that could replace it - it's too unique.
I must confess... when Lee Pace started crying ... was when I started crying... and shouting : DON'T KILL HIM OR I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN !!! when Odious was drowning him.
Actually he's the black bandit. The blue bandit is his twin. But my god yes! And when he's being held underwater, one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen on a TV
My favourite band and the movie of my life !!!! Thank you so much for making this video. And imagine how many things you can change in somebody's life sending a beautiful emotion like this. Thanks again :)

theres a lot of nudity in this film, cuz is set in india, you will see topless female and nude men as the natives

Lee Pace is cool but at 2:54 where did all that hair come from, if I remember, Lee as Black Bandit had a pretty much shaved head?

Tarsem worked 4 years on this project, that's all I know...
And I think only the sides of his head were shaved (see 3:55) ^^
