ahh memorys... I use to have a snes preview system usualy found in places like eb-games now like how you would be able to play a few demos on it ony thing is it was the best and I can still remember it afer ten years after selling it and don't think thers any more then ten left in the world and the last one I herd of was sold in new york and it possably could of been myne as it was ten years ago and there only very few left as I recal was only avalable in places like britan & france areas! Nowadays, the game designers have made Yoshi more pedomorphic so as to be more "cute" and "appealing to kids"

I miss the way they used to draw Yoshi. He was super cute and cool in this game.

Somehow, a couple weeks ago when I beat the game - completed Special Star Road and everything I could find, and it only had it at 91 goals.  Last I understood, there were 96, but I have no idea what I missed.

Now, if I hadn't gotten everything, would it have changed all the turtle shells or plant/vine things?

yes it would , unless your playing it on the gba, you just need to beat the "special" world on the snes and use the star warp pad that appears to get the shells and stuff to change

I did this again yesterday with all 96 goals, the only thing I HATE about this game is if you end with luigi.

It still says "MARIO, the Princess, Yoshi, and his friends are going to take a vacation"

It's like Nintendo hate Luigi or something.

I love this game :)

And most other Mario games(but Mario 3 is my favorite :P)

To record any game console footage, I would assume you could use a VCR or DVD recorder, as long as the console is outputting rf or rca/composite video.

It might be harder to edit the footage, but I'd think those would be the most simple for just capturing and recording it.

i beat it last night and when it got to "The End" with Mario, Luigi, and Princess Toadstool, I gave the game 5 minutes and it didn't do anything. Is there a way you can skip through the credits and it will automatically save?

Yeah it was mine too. It was so hard when I first got it. Now it's so easy for me, but I still never get tired of playing it. I don't have nearly as much fun playing Super Mario Galaxies or even Super Mario 64 as much as the good old 2D Mario games.

he only appears in one level and to get to that one you have to find the secret exit to the first bridge level of world 4 not aceesed by the secret exit of world 3

Nope I remember them all pretty well, the mask koopas didnt show until you found and got through the secret star world, you didnt find and past the star world board, it changes the tutles into the mask koopas, when u get through the levels. Guess you didnt do that thats why you never seen them.
