There's no such thing as an "iphone killer" and I wish people would stop saying that. It's just another phone which gives people more choises. And it does look like it will be a competitive device (but different) than the iphone.

Shame it's on Sprint? Are you on crack? Do you even have sprint? I've had sprint for the last 11 years, traveling the country with my various sprint phones and have had nothing but outstanding service. And my friends too have the same experience. Pre could not have chosen a better carrier for both quality of service and value, than Sprint.

Sue for what? The pinch to zoom feature is not even patented by Apple, the most obvious Apple patent that the Pre is using is the way it bounces at the end of a scroll. Palm has hundreds of patents of their own and Apple is using quite a few of them. Palm should sue for royalties.

They could have simplified the explanation of the zoom feature by saying that zoom on the Pre works exactly like the iPhone.
