I loved Cindy Nell,Her Evening gown is one of the best this Miss Universe Decade So Far. Honestly, If She was black, I think she would have maybe won, even though she came very close to winning. Politics always plays a role in who wins and a White South African won Miss Universe before, and it would not look good if another White South Afrian won again. Aren't there any good Black Qualified Woman in South Africa to represent their Country well?
Cindy Nell is my favorite here but also in Miss World but still I'm ok bcoz she could have been a threat to Miss Philippines during that event which landed the Philippines in 4rth place.
