@RaitoDenki i can't find them right now however they did a study with 2 groups one with chutes one without. Both were put through normal plyometrics and speed drills and the results showed that both groups improved by almost the exact same amount within like a few hundredths of a second. they also are poor because they change the angle of running and provide uneven resistance. that last bit coming from the international sprinters form.
