if you cant scan the thing on the back of the box from the screen do the folwing

press the print screen button on your keyboard (PrtSc) than go to word or adobe photoshop and open an empty screen than right click on the screen and left click paste than cut the page until the only thing thats left is the code print it on your printer and you can retry scanning it with your phone
