  • wait what? He was starving 4 days and all around him he had wild veggies?

    Les man youre stupid :D

  • @thesayxx never once said he was "starving"

real men dont starve, they just lose the beer gut

  • Les shows you how to survive a whatever gone wrong. Bear shows you how to get out of a serious situation (such as falling through the ice) which is why he needs people with him. He purposely screws himself over.

Personally I like Les more. He just seems to have a more likeable personality.

  • this place isn't the harshest, try the namibian desert or lybian desert, or even worse siberia

  • guys can we just stop comparing and arguing over bear grylls and les stroud?

  • No bear isn't, he ways has a crew with him. Which means they all get food and shelter and electricity to charge batteries somewhere.

This show he is a lone all alone with cameras and a radio to call in for emergencies.

  • @jasleil Bear is better

  • No, bear grylls is better.

  • @TZ3z If you followed grylls way of doing things you would be dead in no time.. He is a showman, entertainment for people who know no better.

  • @TZ3z bear grylls is for entertainment ONLY. he has been sick multiple times from the poor decisions he has made just to get views on his show. he runs around, never conserves energy and teaches an entirely false idea of wilderness survival. it's very likely that he has or will end up being the cause of someones overconfidence which ultimate leads to their deaths.

    bear grylls = entertainment

    les stroud = education

  • epic drumb drumbing

  • This guy's a fool... talks a good game, but for a survival practitioner, the number of missed opportunities and girl-guide mistakes, could end in his death. Treat nothing he says or does as fact or safe to copy. I recon if he continues to play at a very serious topic, he'll end up killing himself, or through these downloaded clips killing someone else. BEWARE.

  • @tinderfungus BUT he does way better than bear grylls...

not that bear is bad.. i like watching him "surviving" but hes all show.

  • @MrMelonMonkey I'm on your side. To me, I think for Bear, he could eat the food that the crews has. Les, he lives off the land where he was dropped off at and that's what you need to do when you're in a survival situation.

  • @tinderfungus this isn't a bear grylls page bro. this is les stroud.

  • Thank you so much for uploading a variety of episodes! I love survivorman!

  • I fought him a few years ago in Texas. He was doing all he could to survive I tell you what! My left hook was in top form and my rear naked choke had 750lbs of pressure.

  • @kosm001 Like he said, it's very hard to survive out of a 2 month span. Obviously you didn't pay attention to the show.

  • how is it difficult to survive there when you have a fishing rod and hooks and even bite for fish? i don't get it

  • I think the ice berg that collapsed was the same one that his guide drove the boat through 5 days earlier !!!! . Could have been Instant death to survivor man!

  • @murraykat lol that's kind of like saying "I think that lightning struck the same spot I was standing in 5 hours ago." Could've been instant death your right! But it's about as likely as me sitting down at the poker table and getting a strait flush in my first hand.

  • Woulda brought some char back to my family

  • There he goes forgetting his camera again at the end. It's season 3, hasn't he learned by now? XD

  • I wonder if he cracked one out in that spare 9 hours?

  • ive seen all of his shows of survivorman and even now it still amazes me on the things he does to survive and with all that info he knows about the area and edible food there is in the area it never seems to get boring

  • Still watching these... 2 years later haha

  • He always mentions something extremely uncomfortable, right before he goes to sleep.

  • Yes! We're all watching Survivorman!

    CHEERS!

  • 4:22

  • the only thing that could make this better is if Chuck Noris guest stared.

  • Les is the man, i'll watch anything with this guy in it, go Canada ,,hope he gets more funding ,for more top rate Canadian t.v documentaries,he makes me a proud Canadian

  • @SpiderMatt1111 Amen

  • @SpiderMatt1111 He makes me wish I was a Canadian! :-)

  • amazing footage of that glaciers collapsing

  • 6:16 is so cool, few people see that in real life and he get to see it by chance!

  • I loved the ice-berg collapse, that was an awesome thing to capture! Les Stroud is the best!

  • during the 7 days, how did he wide his ass?> with fingers??? (= =||)

  • @fxjap

    No food = no poop.

  • enough with the fish already!!!!!!!!

  • I wish he did come across a polar bear…then we would've seen some action with him and his rifle ;]

  • he outs his feet over the fire to warm up i put mine up my anus

  • how does he take a shit?? where? how?? vip question

  • @ramsantosjr I cant belive your watching a survivor show yet you dont know how to take a shit without a toilet.

  • @bfmv580 ^_^ you made me smile

  • great guy, my favorite episode, thanks for the upload, thanks Les.

  • 5:50

"were"?? "we" what is he talking about... not alone?

  • @TheNetGuru17 his here and his safety crew somewhere else, making it we, do u know i dont think u didnt understand him that well

  • @TheNetGuru17 he means the safety crew when they come get him

  • I don't know about the rest of us but I'M SICK AND TIRED OF IGNORANT PEOPLE SCREAMING THAT ONE SHOW IS FAKE, FRAUD OR BS. Seriously! You're going to sit there and tell me that you learned absolutely nothing? Or tell me that either Les or Bear isn't putting themselves in some kind of danger? Give us a break and get a life! Or better yet, MAKE YOUR OWN DAMN SHOW!

  • Great episode! Thanks for the upload!

  • The good thing about bear though is he doesnt have so much extra equipment like les which makes it heaps easier. and les doesnt worry about getting rescued, he just hangs around for a week. bear tries to get out..

  • well there are several episodes where Les makes it out on his own. They are both good shows though.

  • Bear Grylls is a complete fraud next to Les. How can you put yourself in a real survival situation when all the time you're 10ft. away from a camera crew that has everything you need?

  • Bear tells everyone up front that he's showing techniques on survival and he says he has his camera crew there in case something goes wrong. He's not a fraud his show just has a different format.

  • lez dose more what normal people would do who dont know much, bear dose more what special forces do and always keep moving

  • man survivorman is awesome! i like him way better than man vs wild because survivorman doesn't cheat

  • I like him ..not because he doesn't cheat. (you wouldn't know) I like him because he actually teaches you how to survive..Bear is just doing things that will kill you in a real survival situation.

  • True bear does things that only people with a toned body and experience could do. Les is much better anyway

  • Does anyone know what the name of the fish he keeps calling "Arctic Chum"?

  • Its 'Arctic char' (Salvelinus alpinus).

  • It's Arctic Char

  • Close to salmon if that makes it easier for you.

  • hahaha "Arctic Chum"

  • It's really a very very good show. The guy is sooo impressive. Love it!

  • i think that he is epic man!!!

lol imma keep mah fishin rod with me at all times!!!

  • "Best survival ever".

I actually think that him in the episode Pacific Ocean or whatever it was called was WAY better off. I mean you can survive on so many things there.

  • Well ya sure, but this time he really had to struggle the first days, and then wham, he gets 4 fishes and everything changes..

  • @m00niee schnitzel dog

  • @ddstar yeah the south pacific episode is one of the best, also the Australian outback is a personal favorite.

  • @TheScottChapman I always liked the Georgian Swamp. He ate so much there and after his shelter rebuild he had it pretty good.
