Hey guys. I usually agree with most of your reviews, but I gotta tell you that Trinity is definitly where we differ. I defended Countdown to everybody I know, only to be betrayed by DC. I can't spend another year on a poorly written book. I just don't think that KB understands these characters. Superman's angry so obviously he's crossing with Batman. What? Cause Batman's the only one that's ever been angry? Anyways, I love the show guys. Thanks for doing it.
Its a constant "struggle" between you guys... in a good sense. Justin trying to light up things with humour and Pete trying to keep things on track... Although, i think its a good complement, couse it would be ver very boring to see a show with just one of them, with only one way to do things.
Anyway... about cover that are not representative of the inside, i think Marvel and DC are taking advange on that point, even though i think its wrogn... its givin bad publicity to their own work.
i'm actually diggin the vibe between justin and pete right now. for awhile i wasn't really sure if they even liked each other! but everything seems copacetic. keep up the good work and i do look forward to seeing the trio again with all the bickering and joke filled tangents. time to go drop some E...

Justin you are NOT funny, you are juvenile and stupid. Please, just stick to the comics, your feeble attempts at humor only sidetrack the show not enhance it.
You clearly hate this programme just stick with Ifanboy. The majority of people who watch this enjoy the show the way it is so its probably not going to change
I like this so much better than I ever did the STACK. But come on Justin. Love and Rockets has one story, in two parts, that deals with superheroes. The rest is so much different. But I have to agree it is the antidote to your everyday comic.
I couldn't agree more with you guys. Paul Dini is really delivering here with Heart of Hush. The story didn't pick up right away with part one and two. But it finally took off in part three.
TEC #848 was disturbing and shocking. This is the kind of suspense Dini can really put into his Batman. I'm loving it!
Now I love the show with all three of them, but a speed round episode seemed to actually go a lot smoother with just two of them. But I still prefer the three of them together arguing and fighting all the time. That's entertainment.
On the hating reprint note: Marvel does the "Must Have" issues that are just reprints. I spent 4 dollars on 2 comics I already had that were printed in a single issue with no ads. Reprints should definitely have their own section.
I really love these long speed rounds. This is an idea worth pursuing: the Stack could've gone for vids with nothing but in-depth reviews focusing on the "big" releases of the week then followed by vids with long speed rounds where you guys can cover everything else.
But the Stack's over, anyway, so continue as you are, and thanks for sharing.
I totally agree with Pete on re-prints. The worst are re-prints hidden at the back of over-priced new comics. I think it was King sized Hulk that conned me last.
Good job guys ^_^ but yeah those reprints are getting kind of crazy. Just like the Red Hulk they keep releasing this nonsense stuff, and it's like I want that story to hurry up so we can start seeing if it's good or bad. Well most of the time it's been pretty bad from what I've seen and read
Yes, Jeph Loeb has most definitely been replaced by a skrull. It's the only explanation as to why Red Hulk, Ultimates 3, and Heroes Season 2 sucked so bad.
The R.I.P storyline is just ridiculously confusing and the tie-ins aren't really tying into the "main" story...i.e. it's BS. I think i'm done with Morrisson.
p.s. your comic shop employees should be kinder to you and double check to make sure you wanted the reprint when they rang you up.
You are after all comic-book celebs, so they should know you would've already had that one.
I agree with you about R.I.P. The Plot isnt even that original, its just disjointed and odd, the scarecrow made a career out of drugging Batman and Hush already did the close personal attack by manipulation thing
I'm completely with you when it comes to accidentally buying reprints. I must've lost at least ten dollars during Whedon's Astonishing X-Men run.

I agree about reprints. Last week I picked up the Return of Magik special which reprinted stories from recent issues I already have. Goodbye $3.

Well when this show gives us some humor let me know, k? Justin may be funny to the grade school audience, but I doubt it.

Have to agree about Detective and the RIP connection. I was about to drop the title and then I heard it didn't really connect. Phew!
Loving the new speed rounds. And three episodes of Pete and Justin with no real fights. Paint me amazed.
