I did see the movie The devils double, and would like to read the book now, as the movie had 80% Sex and nakedness in it instead of a story. But the role was played quite good by the actor.

I am waiting for the reveal of what evil the american government is doing. What would be the difference between the american government and the family of Saddam Hussein? The american government is killing by throwing sand in our eyes and saddam did it openly? Both Evil. @83kikiboots Saddam was the West's best friend throughout the Iran-Iraq War. Iraq is worse off without Saddam, as he maintained control. However, Saddam was a Brutal, Murderous man and I have no mercy for him. He gassed hundreds and thousands of his own people.

I respect your story Latif, but I have also learned one thing from it. Iraqis need a brutal dictator. That is why democracy would never work. Iraqis would take hundreds of years to understand democracy. They cant appreciate what the US is providing. They need to be brutalized in order to find meaning in their lives. If the US pulls out now another Saddam will take his place.

The people that are around 40-50 grew up with a dictator, they dont know how democracy works, in a good way. Of course it will take them a couple of years. Philip Quast is supposed to play Saddam in this documentary. I personally believe he'll do very well; he's such a perfect actor, and it'll be a weird but cool change to see him in something really, really serious and real.

Hi, the two films are completely different, one is a feature documentary, the other is the feature film directed by Lee Tamahori, in which Philip plays Saddam, both will be in theatres the feature film first at the end of this year or beginning of 2011. No apologies required. It can get confusing even for me and they are both about my life-story!

Hi, I know this might sound silly, but I have been famous for a long time and as far as I am concerned I'm still quite normal. I never intend to ignore anyone, just sometimes there aren't enough hours in the day! As for money, I've had millions and I've also slept in the street homeless, what matters most to me is family and good friends.

Thank you very much, Yes I told the truth about what was going on in Iraq, the truth was used though to help in the war against Iraq which I did not want. I did wish to see the regime toppled but by the Iraqi people, not by an Invasion which has killed more people than Saddam ever did, I am saddened that Iraq which was once the third wealthiest country in the world has been thrown back a hundred years, it will take a long time for it to recover and many generations for the people to heal.

Saddam was in power for a quarter of a century and never was he in immediate danger of an organized coup overthrowing his regime. He quashed every attempt before it got big. Yes, he had opposition from the Shia and Kurds, but he sprayed mustard gas on them and no more opposition. The iraqi people did not have the means to overthrow Saddam.??????

@colinf94404 let's clear history, Saddam did not gas the Kurds because he was trying to stop them overthrowing him, they were gassed by Chemical Ali because they were letting Iranian soldiers into Iraq through their territory, both sides used Gasses Iraq and Iran. This of course does not make it right!Saddam never used Bio-weapons against the Shia.As for not having the means to overthrow Saddam, they had the mans but not the WILL to do it.
