  • wow, this is one of the best and quickest ab workouts I have found! I did this and the next day my whole core was sore which means its working! I did it again today and definitely feel the pain! Thanks so much for this video I'm definitely bookmarking this so I can do it at least 3 times a week!

  • the only problem i have with this type of vid besides maybe the validity of the workout is that the basic principles of a good workout such as accommodation and overload are not touched upon. people don't learn the basics and progress their workouts and probably will do this 5 days a week for months with no progression and wonder why they don't get any results

  • this is an amazing workout, i normally do 600 situps throughout in one day, but this got me soo tired in 2 mins, im so gna do this every night :)

  • I am not in volleyball right now, and im loosing my 4 pack so i want it back, and this really helps. I may be sore tomorrow but I am going to keep doing this so i can make a higher team, and still look great!! This was great for adults, and teens(: Thank you!

  • I randomly found this and have been doing it two to three dimes daly for like two weeks and already see a difference! I'm a nanny so its perfect during nap time!

    now that im not doing football anymore but I have become encumbered by my workload from college that i can't work out/ well it is really difficult to find free time.

    So thank you very much for helping me get back in shape. btw are there any stretches i should do before this? because i thought your always supposed to stretch before doing workouts O_o

  • @LAYITLOOSE really for abs its not totally necessary to stretch beforehand, it's not like you're going to pull a muscle doing crunches.... a good stretch afterwards is to lie on your back and stretch your arms over your head for a good 20 sec, really stretching your arms and your legs in opposite directions, and then roll onto your stomach and do a cobra pose for your lower back

  • @LAYITLOOSE Well really your just supposed to warm up your muscles before exercise with things such as jumping jacks, windmills, etc and then stretch within your means after the workout =)

    the strength of your abs, not momentum is totally the key.

  • You should not draw the belly button in on crunches, but press the low back into the ground instead with a posterior pelvic tilt. Drawing in is using the transverse abdominus and crunches work the rectus abdominus. If you do an a posterior pelvic tilt during all these exercises this routine would kill your abs in less than a minute, instead of 8 minutes. Also You don't want to lift your chin on a crunch. The neck should be in a neutral position.
