What do you mean by over rev? Did you remove the governor or is this something that can happen with a stock HS142F if you hold the throttle at max for too long.?

Hi Yes the Huasheng 142F-cc 49cc 4 stroke do not have a governor, you can hold open the throttle for short periouds but if you like your engine don't do it, get a tach for your engine and learn the sound of your engine at a safe RPM and never over rev it if you can help it

I have a 4 cycle engine kit that I put on my bike. The kit came with a gearbox instead of a belt drive. Every time I pop in the clutch the bike jerks. I need help please

It sucks because if you don't know how to fix this or even find the parts you will have to replace the engine BUT having spare parts is cool

I started out behaving my self but when I started getting closer to the 10 minute marker I gave her everything shes got and once I started to go down the slope that is when it all went bad. Oh well Live and Learn LOL
