1st- Torrential Tribute should destroy all the monsters on the field, how can Mako attack with his flying fish?

2nd- Paracite Insect is a (Flip) effect, it would have still activated knowingly Mako's flying fish attacked it.

3rd- Umi's affect doesn't drown monsters

4th- Skull dice would have decreased the attack of amphibian by 400 nt divide it by 4
