I'm in Paris and the weather is wonderfully warm so it's really a great time for the more fresh cheeses like cottage cheese, ricotta, feta. Do you recomment any wines to pair them with? Another great post by the way! Thanks
Warm in Paris? Not in NY, sigh. Why not try a Loire Valley Chenin Blanc, like a dry Vouvray. Though Feta would work well with any Sauvignon Blanc, or a lean crisp Greek white. Keep the wines fresh and easy so they don't overpower the cheese. If you like red, try a Beaujolais or straight forward Burgundy. Take care, thanks, hj
