2) as most rain is acidic you should think of, at minimum of washing the car with, Adams car wash, once the weather clears which gives you a great chance to re clean & dress the tires. i work for my uncle as a mobile detailer, & for about two years he has exclusively used Adams products, not because he gets incentives or deals for doing so (HE DOSEN'T) BUT because adams products outmatch most anything that commercial detailers are using.

What would be recommend for tires to keep them black even with rain?

@MtnXfreeride I recommend buying black tires. Dont get the white or blue or orange ones.
