I am looking into my first nitro helicopter. Based on looking around various forums, the raptor 30 seems to be recommended. I already have basic nitro gear (I drive nitro cars), and I currently fly 350 and 450 electric. Anything that I should look out for? Anything specific to helicopters that I will need?
I fly the 30, there is very little difference between the two, check out my vid, I strapped a small camera to the front but if you want more info mail me, nice flyin by the way
Hi...you have a nice raptor good work. cant i ask you something about your raptor. What gyro and servo you used in the tail boom, and how many percent of your fuel? just repley me if you have time thanks.
Hello Hobbyists, I have this Thunder Tiger 30v2 assembled but I'm still skeptical about the rotor blades and other things and I'm not sure if it's done correctly. Does anybody lives in NYC so you can take a look at it for it for me please, I need a guidance

is this thing pretty setup out of the box? would u guys consider this a easy to fly heli? looks very stable
progamerIII 2 years ago
i would get a raptor 50 first not a 30. the raptor 50 is much more stable than the 30. but you could be looking at about $1200 for one.

Very nice flying there bub !!
Only problem I have....I just don't care for all the smoke. That's going to make me lean toward the TRex. Electric.
