Run flat tires - they've been around a while....

@soaranator BMW comes with run flats. Porsches don't because of the increase of the unsprung weight at the wheels.

Porsches generally don't carry spares to save on weight. New Porsches come with a can of goop and a1-800 phone number to flat bed tow your car in its first year. After that - you are on your own.

Generally if you own a Porsche, you should be able to afford a tow.
