The Ninth Amendment says the government can ban anything it wants too, meaning your "tyranny" is constitutional. Let death row inmates enjoy their Second Amendment rights - as citizens they are - to pack AK-47s. Businesses can charge whatever they feel like charging. Freedom isn't free, and neither are free markets. Admit it, you believe in laws just as much as anyone. Why not making sure we take a look at anyone who wants to own a TIGER?
