It seems ridiculous that people would take the chance of skin cancer just to be a dark shade. It seems beyond superficial and I'm from Cali and pale as a ghost. Are people going to like me more because I'm a slightly darker in color...well that's there issue. Mine is staying healthy, being cancer free and not looking like a crocodile from the damage the rays do.

I never understud tanning bed, for me it's paying to get cancer and premature skin aging. Its just crazy that people get tanned becose they want to be beautiful but there just causing there body to age faster. I am proud to ĥave pale and healty skin :) . I hope we get a law like this everywhere.

i had a free week at a tanning salon and i only went twice to know that it felt so unhealthy it felt like i was cooking in a freaking microwave! lol self tanners from a bottle are way less hassle

I am suffering from excema and my dermatologist actually suggested that I should go on the sun bed about three times a week. Now, in the winter, I go about once a week on the weekest sunbed for appr.15 mins and feel that my skin is much happier. What would be your suggestion?

i'm an 18 year old female.. never been in a tanning bed, never will! pretty rare! It scares me how bad everyone will look in the future from tanning beds and the skin cancer rates..

good. I haven't tanned in over 8 years but I feel like crap just thinking about all the times I tanned in the past. You can get a spray tan so I don't see why tanning beds are still allowed
