Yes there is a way, You would do this:

@echo off

md %random%

and then have like 500 md %random%, copy and paste in case you didn't think of that then put a repeat command, but I forget that command just google it. oh btw, theres also a command to put it in startup so everytime you start computer it will overload with folders and crash ! :D, another one is to shutdown computer, put it in startup and it will shutdown right after turning on every time

This is not related to it, there's no code telling it to even connect to the internet.

My guess would be that you looked at porn and then got the virus from clicking a flashy link. Or maybe it was a link in a spam mail message.

Either way it wasn't because of this.

If you want this "porn virus" to go away just get some anti malware and do a system scan.

This is technically a virus if it is doing something that the user doesn't want it to do and damaging files etc.

And actually yes you can make a virus in notepad, thats basically how they did it 15 years ago - with really really long pieces of code telling it to spread and damage files.
