I made one of those with PVC and I could adjust the tension, plus, add my robot punching arms ot the sides so I could practice my blocks too. Still, the steel pads you show look very strong and very well designed. Great job.

would of bin funny watching you try a KICKBOXING - ROUND HOUSE KICK ON THAT,

and a nice demo of you actually using the machine instead of showing girly punches would of bin useful the only useful thing i found was the adjustments to the pads up and down and changing the pads to kick pads, could also comment on the poor AB form so lets say 5 out of 10 rating

I just brought one from Zoes (Australia) for $299 as well as some new gloves. Man cant wait to work it!!

@stumbles62 there only pads lol you could join a gym locally and a boxing trainer could hold them for you and you could hit them and that too at a cheaper price and not only that you gain some skill to ;))
