Thanks! Sounds good...I'm glad I don't have to do protein shakes anymore unless I am doing the 5 day pouch test. For some reason the shakes just never did agree with me.

great video, i tried the unsure in vanila, with ice, 8oz fat free milk and 1 tablespoon peanut butter, it was soooo yummie
