This IS melodic death metal, fkin deal with it. This band is fucking great and I could almost say they are atleast as good as In Flames and Soilwork. They deserve so much more they got. Not that it matters anymore since Shellback is no longer part of this band.

So should Blinded Colony. Why? Because there's hardly any "death" left at all in this kind of music. But I like it, nonetheless :D

Well Right now, besides BC, I am really into MyGrain, Amoral, and Misery Signals. But for something intense like BC, the closest thing (Strictly in my opinion) would be Threat Signal. If you have other suggestions that would be awesome! Also looking for another intense melodic sound :)
Threat Signal is great, but it just doesnt sound much like BC or InFlames.
I really want more bands to have this sound, I can't really discribe which feeling I get with BC/Soilwork and InFlames songs, but if you're a fan, I'm sure you understand.

Scar Symmetry anyday. Besides I've come to the conclusion that what Blinded Colony plays is more like melodic metalcore akin to Sonic Syndicate, but Blinded Colony plays it way way better whereas Sonic Syndicate is commercial poo.
What saddens me is good shit like this is gonna fade away just as other generations of metal have. I have a bad feeling Bree Metal will be the next 10 years and Cowboy will lead it.

Every band evolutes themselves, it's a matter of taste wheter you like it or not.
Example : Metallica , The St. Anger album was a total commercial succes, but I liked it.
Their new album is a wannabee copy of their old style.
In Flames and Soilwork keep up to their new work, and I think it's great.
But I totally agree with you that Blinded Colony is one of the most talented bands xD

I do agree with Scar Symmetry being better than Blinded Colony, quite a bit better. But Blinded Colony is still wonderful.
However, I just discovered Sateriel two days ago, I have yet to decided where the stand with me.
