Some classmates and I just gave a presentation for powerpoint class-the topic was left to us, so we did it about the upcoming Avengers movie. We started it by introducing ourselves to the class like we were SHIELD agents there to "brief" them about "a secret project" with this music playing in the background. Right at 1:16 is where we had the words "The Avengers Initiative" pop up on the screen. Got us an A.

I suggested The Avengers and he had no idea what I meant, but by the time we were done he was saying "That movie is gonna be so sick!" I felt very good about myself for educating him, lol.

Superman 1 was, and is the best version of Superman. The only Superman that totally rocks beside Christoper Reeve in the first film, was the animated justice league Universe. Everything else, especially Smallville reeked. This opening, carried the imagination of a four year old kid, way back in 81 (via a beta copy no less), to the stars. unfortunately, I couldn't stay there. Christoper Reeve is Superman, and John Williams, is the greatest composer since Mozart.

That's great. I thought something similar. This song makes me think of God too. Like, the unveiling of God in His majesty. If you watch the Superman movie, Krypton almost has a 'heavenly' quality to it. And all the people seem kind of heavenly too.
