Attention everyone! I have figured out how to play the game. Follow the steps:

1. Download Mame latest version

2. Download NeoGeo bios file (Search Google)

3. Go to romhustler . net and download these files from mame rom section : "SNK vs. CAPCOM SVC CHAOS (MVS)" & "SNK vs. CAPCOM SVC CHAOS (MVS) (bootleg)"

4. Put these three files in your mame rom folder.

5. Open Mame and Audit all games.

Done!

You got it mixed up. Capcom vs SNK and Capcom vs SNK2 were developed by Capcom, SNK vs Capcom Chaos is by SNK Playmore. There was never a sequel to SVC Chaos.

set into the japan version folder with the same addittion number. that is were the missing files are , they do this for legal reasons.
