1. Referring to her meetings with foreign leaders as "having tea." Classic way to diminish women in business when they have lunch meetings.

2. Pulling her chair out for her at the debate.

3. Calling a female reporter "sweetie."

Also, he didn't do this but, I heard the media referring to Clinton as "Tonya Harding" when discussing her campaign tactics. A man certainly wouldn't have been referred to as Glenn Close's character either.

You don't critise Hillary for Ferraro. People could equally say who's running Wright or Obama as Wright seemed to think he was running when he said he was speaking for Obama in saying that he said what he had to say because he was a politician. Anyone looking at what I said would see it was an objective fair comment. If you go around saying who's running Hillary or Ferraro, then others can equally say who's running Wright of Obama.
